Preventative Maintenance Agreements

Argent offers one-time tune up on a furnace or air-conditioning or a full-year Preventative Maintenance Program offering tune-ups, discounts on products and services and priority service. Currently the company is offering the following preventative maintenance programs:

Seasonal System Checks – even if you do not have a service agreement, Argent Heating and Cooling recommends seasonal system checks to ensure your systems are working properly before the height of the heating or cooling season. An efficient system can also result in lower heating or cooling bills.

Silver Service Contract – this plan offers you planned maintenance, priority emergency service and a discount on all repairs.

Planned maintenance – two maintenance calls a year, one each heating and cooling with the purpose of inspecting systems and advising of any needed repair to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency during the height of either the cooling or heating season.

Priority emergency service – Should you have a breakdown, our own dispatched service technicians will respond to your call as a priority service call. We service our Service Policy customers first.

Discount on Repairs – When you become an Argent Silver Policy Holder, you are entitled to a 10% discount on replacement parts.

Gold Service Contract
This plan provides additional coverage on parts and materials.

Service Pricing

Argent offers Flat Rate Pricing, so you are never surprised at the end of a service call with a price on a repair.  Argent offers an $98.00 diagnostic fee where a senior service technician diagnoses the problem with your system and then quotes you a flat price for the repair.  As result, you are provided with up-front repair pricing, so you do not have to pay by the hour. In addition to the Diagnostic Fee, there is a $8.00 environmental fee

Service Agreement Pricing

Argent Heating and Cooling offers industry-leading Service Agreements.  You can sign up for a Silver Service Contract for only $189.00.  This provides you with two service checks, FREE labor and a 10% discount on parts.  Not only do you benefit from having your systems checked for efficiency, you could also save hundreds of dollars on system repairs.

Argent offers a Gold Service Contract starting at $299.00 that covers both LABOR and major parts.

Replacements

Systems do have a "life-span." This operating life of a system depends a great deal on the brand, model and operating use of the system. Likewise, servicing and maintaining a system on a regular basis can extend the life of a system. When a system gets to the point where it cannot function or meet certain code and safety standards, then it must be replaced. Argent’s sales staff can provide you with a free estimate on a new heating or cooling system as well as provide you with a free "second opinion" on a replacement.
